Hi, I’m sandra ceballos AND THIS IS MY PERSONAL STORY
In 2010, I was laid off from my corporate career in the home building industry during the recession, I lost my job, my house and went through a divorce. I lived on church property for almost 9 months while trying to put my life back together. I was forced to make a career change and accepted a position as a Marketing Coordinator in a senior retirement community. Now as an empty nester, it was there that I found a new passion that allowed me to nurture and care for seniors citizens while giving me a new life purpose. After a couple of years, I saw a need and I stepped out in faith to fill a much needed gap and opened “SILVER ROOTS” in 2014.
Early on my customers and their adult children began asking that I handle all aspects of the transition, including the sale of their home which prompted me to obtain my Real Estate license in 2015 and my designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist with the National Association of Realtors. Adding my real estate license tied everything together and has allowed me to assist at a full service capacity while reducing the stress my customers and their families were experiencing. Together with my daughter Elena and my better half Steven we have created 2 teams under one roof to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In retrospect, I can now see that all along God was laying the foundation for me to do what I do today.

We have a proven network of preferred partners that enable us to handle every aspect of your move, from downsizing, to the sale of the home and even those things you may have never thought of. We can assist with as little or as much as you would like.
If you are remaining at home and “aging-in-place”, creating a safer environment will be key. Reducing the quantity of furniture and clutter will allow you navigate your home without trips hazards when using a walker, wheelchair, and canes.
